What is your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, P. Sherrod & Co. will accept the return or exchange of any product postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in the original sales condition; unused, tagged and accompanied with the original sales receipt. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Items received after the 30 day return/exchange window will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Final sale/Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. Once your return is received and inspected by the Return/Exchange Department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 21 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional business days after your card is credited for it to post to your account. Please be sure your return is shipped via an insured, traceable, authorized shipping company (ie: USPS, UPS, Fedex). P Sherrod & Co. is not responsible for items that are shipped by the customer and not received to the P. Sherrod & Co Return/Exchange department.

What are my Shipping options?
Standard Ground Shipping - Ships within 48 business hours - Estimated time of arrival is 5-7 business days
Express Shipping - Ships within 24 business hours - Estimated time of arrival is 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping - Ships within 24 business hours - Estimated time of arrival is next business day for orders placed prior to 2:00 pm EST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping and handling rates are applied by weight per item and box size. Standard shipping does not include sales or service tax. Shipping and handling also includes packing materials. For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will apply per shipment. We currently only ship to the continental US and do not ship to locations outside that area. We will be expanding our shipping locations later in the year. For specific shipping and handling details you may contact us at email@example.com. Please note that Standard Shipping does not require a signature from the addressee. You may request your order be shipped with "Signature Required" by simply noting it during checkout: "Require a signature upon delivery of this order." What about items on Backorder?
Due to heavy demand of select products, certain items may be placed on a 6-8 week backorder. If an item is on backorder that item will be marked as backorder or sold out in the shopping cart. If you are interested in a "Backordered" or "Sold Out" items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. P. Sherrod & Co. will keep you updated on the status of backorders and will alert you when backorders are available for purchase. Discount codes may be used at checkout within the active dates of the discount code. Clearance, Speciality and Limited Edition Items may not apply to certain discounts. Any questions regarding your discount code can be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

When you make a purchase, sign up for VIP status, searches and the like, and you input information such as your address, phone number or credit card we can store that information. Colors? Colors may appear different in person then they appear online depending on the monitor the item is viewed.
Government and Law? P. Sherrod & Co adheres to all Federal and State Government policy and regulations. If we receive a lawful court order to release account or other personal information then we will comply with the law. We will also release information when necessary to protect the life, safety or property of others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
