Our Mission

"When Girls Dream"(WGD) is a P. Sherrod & Co. purpose project that takes place each year at the end of July. Our annual programs are centered around encouraging girls and young women to dream without limits; vividly and fearlessly, believing those very same dreams, when passionately pursued and positively nurtured, can be their tomorrow's reality.

2021 WHEN GIRLS DREAM :

This year our theme is When Girls Dream... They Impact the World!  Our goal is to highlight the importance of diversity in leadership. And how specifically the role of girls in leadership can largely impact tomorrow's public policy and national issues affecting your generation.  This project is also designed to encourage your interest in leadership positions and opportunities to run for office in your respective high school and college communities.
